Shipping & Delivery

We utilize most major carriers. Orders over $99 ship free.

If you need insurance in excess of $100, please contact us before placing your order. We are not responsible for items that are lost or misdelivered by the shipping carrier or stolen. Please let us know if you need assistance.

Print-on-demand items typically take 2-3 business days for production and ship in 1-2 business days business days, generally arriving 3-6 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders containing print on-demand items are not eligible for 2-day delivery. Please contact us prior to placing an order for expedited or special delivery instructions.

First, please check the following:
- Have you checked common places besides the mailbox you typically receive packages, such as a front or side door?
- Could a roommate or family member have received and/or hid the package?
- Is mail commonly misdelivered in your neighborhood? Perhaps a neighbor is hoarding your goods!
- Is package theft prevalent in the neighborhood? Death to thieves!
If not, occasionally, a parcel will be marked as delivered by USPS prematurely (which triggers an email from the site). Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as "delivered" accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
Worst case scenario, if the package hasn't shown up after a business day or two (an extremely rare occasion) please call your local Post Office and file a claim with your tracking number - they should be able to provide additional details as to where/when their driver left the package. Apologies for the inconvenience but, we can not file a claim on your behalf.
Returns
We stand behind everything we sell, so if for any reason something isn’t up to snuff, get in touch and we’ll do what we can to make it right. Likewise, if something doesn’t fit quite like expected, we’d be happy to exchange it for another or issue store credit. Simply contact us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll be in touch with further instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit or refund minus any shipping & restocking costs.
Printed artwork and photos, as well as sale items are final sale only and may only be returned if there is an issue with print or product quality.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The price of the label will be deducted from the refund or credits issued for the return of your items. Unless you are returning for store credit, a 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from the balance due.

Unless you are exchanging your item or returning for store credit, your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Material & Fit

We utilize both screen printing and direct-to-garment printing techniques.

We do our best to source the highest quality blanks. Most of our apparel items are printed on either AS Colour or Independent branded blanks.

Our tees tend to be more fitted, with a tad bit of stretch to them. While our tees run true to size, if you like a roomier feel or are in-between sizes, we’d recommend sizing up. For women’s tees, we suggest sizing up from what you’d wear in a unisex or men’s tee - ie; if you wear a Unisex Small, than we’d recommend a Women’s Medium.
